Reserves To Deliver Personal Copies

Faculty frequently put personal materials on reserve for their courses. At the end of the semester, when the material is no longer needed for the class, faculty have been asked to pick up their personal materials at the Reserves Desk. The Reserves Unit, responding to faculty requests and after evaluating current procedures, will now deliver personal reserve materials to the faculty member's department at the end of each semester. This new service will be put into effect beginning with the Spring 1996 semester.

If a faculty member is not available to receive the materials, the departmental administrative assistant will be asked to accept and sign for the material. Please contact Kathy Lyons, Reserves Supervisor at 687-7644 or Theresa Liedtka, Head of Access Services, at 687-7461 with any questions or comments.
