Third Century Campaign Progress

The University recently announced that $520 million has been given toward the ambitious $750 million goal of the Third Century Campaign. Similarly, Georgetown University Library has met with some success in its quest to raise $30 million for four key initiatives:

  • Expand the availability of electronic information for faculty and students
  • Endow notable special and general collections and create new collections to support emerging and highly specialized scholarship
  • Protect vulnerable research materials
  • Endow Library leadership.

Alumni, parents, faculty, and friends have realized that supporting the library benefits all the undergraduate and graduate programs of the University. To date, the Library has successfully raised a total of $16.5 million. If you would like more information about the Library’s Third Century Campaign or about specific giving opportunities, please contact Marji Bayers at 687-5666.
