New Reserve  Procedures

Beginning Spring 1998, the Reserves Unit in Lauinger Library will change its procedures for processing faculty reserve requests.

For requests submitted with all materials and necessary information, processing will be completed within 4 business days.

For requests submitted without all necessary materials and information (i.e. all photocopies, complete bibliographic information, required books) processing will take longer; allow 10 business days for processing.

Further, in order to increase the use of the electronic reserves system all articles and book chapters of 15 pages or less will be evaluated for electronic reserves. Faculty members will be notified if his/her material has been selected.
