Enhances Australian Collection
Werner Levi, noted author of Australia's
Outlook on Asia as well as many other books on this subject, has donated
an outstanding collection of books on Australian history, immigration and
governmnet to Lauinger Library. the strenght of this fine collection
is its focus on Australian concerns related to the Commonwealth, immigration,
trade policy, and Asian foreign policy. Most of the more than 200
books in the collection are scarce and should prove to be a great source
of research material for students and faculty at the Center
for Australian and New Zealand Studies and other students concentrating
on internation relations.
